Delivery and Returns Information
UK Mainland Delivery

We use only tracked postal services to ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order.

Orders will be processed within 1 working day.

Delivery will take 3-5 Working Days.

You will be sent a Royal Mail or Hermes tracking number via email.

Delivery times stated above are estimated based on the usual service we get from Royal Mail and our other delivery agents and are not guaranteed delivery times. 

Outside of UK Delivery

Currently we do not offer a standard shipping service to outside of the UK, but we are happy to provide bespoke quotes. Please contact us to arrange this.

Returns / Missing items

•  All orders are Quality Checked before being posted via tracked delivery services.

• You must notify contact@muids.co.uk of any issues / concerns within 7 days of receipt. 

•  If it is necessary that an item be returned, you will be provided a postal address. We recommend using tracked delivery. 

• Unwanted items must be returned to us unopened, in a saleable condition, complete with their original packaging and accessories. All return costs, risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by the Buyer.
